Our classes are for everybody, whether you are new to yoga or experienced. Everyone works at a place that is right for them, taking all their time to build strength, endurance, and flexibility, none of which is needed to begin. Yoga is about non judgement and accepting, the same as our practice. Accepting where we are on any given day and not judging what we can do or not do or what anyone else can do or not do. Just come to the mat, work from an honest place and discover the power inside yourselves!

*We gather on Sunday mornings at 8:30am to sit sharing our energy and joy. Beginner or experienced are welcome. This is a quiet time to gather ourselves for the week to come. There is no charge for the meditation. Any Donations are welcome and go to charity.
